What this service is

RV Repair IQ provides structured triage and an introduction service. We collect your observations about an RV problem, organise them into a service brief, and where possible introduce you to an independent mobile RV technician.

What this service is not

Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a repair instruction, or a substitute for inspection by a qualified RV technician. Structured triage narrows a problem using what you report. It cannot establish a cause, and we do not claim it does. Content describing what a technician checks is a description of trade procedure, not advice to perform it yourself.

Work involving propane systems and appliances, 120V AC wiring, the chassis, or anything supporting the weight of the coach must be performed by a qualified, appropriately licensed professional. Do not rely on this site to decide otherwise.

Technicians are independent

Any technician we introduce you to is an independent business. They are not our employee, agent, or subcontractor. We do not supervise their work, set their prices, warrant their workmanship, or verify their licensing or insurance beyond what they represent to us. Your agreement for any repair is with them, not with us. Satisfy yourself as to their licensing, insurance, and suitability before authorising work.

Accuracy

We classify every technical statement by evidence tier and decline to publish what we cannot source — see our methodology. We still make no warranty that the content is complete, current, or applicable to your specific unit. Manufacturer procedures vary by model and year, and the manufacturer’s own documentation governs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV Repair IQ is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from use of this site, from actions taken on the basis of triage output, or from work performed by an independent technician. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, use the request forms to solicit our users, or scrape the site for republication. We may decline service at our discretion.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
