What RV Repair IQ is
RV Repair IQ is an independent triage service for RV owners. When something on your RV fails, we help you describe it in the terms a mobile technician needs, produce a written service brief, and connect you with a technician who covers your area.
We are not an RV repair company. We do not perform repairs, we do not employ technicians, and we are not a manufacturer representative or a dealer. We have no financial relationship with any RV, appliance, or component brand.
We do not diagnose remotely, and we will not pretend to. Structured triage narrows a problem by collecting observations. It does not establish a cause. Anyone who tells you what is broken on your RV without seeing it is guessing, and on a propane appliance or a 120V fault, guessing is how people get hurt.
How we make money
The intended model is a subscription paid by independent mobile RV technicians for an exclusive territory, with the possibility of a per-dispatch fee. Nothing is priced yet because nothing has been validated yet. Owners are not charged for triage or for a service brief, and we do not sell your information to a lead broker. If that changes, this page changes first.
Who is behind it
RV Repair IQ is operated by Ashward Group. Editorial responsibility sits with the RV Repair IQ editorial team rather than a named individual byline — we would rather attribute honestly at the organisation level than invent a credentialed persona, which is a common and misleading practice in this category.
Corrections
