Privacy policy

The short version

Triage runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us until you submit a technician request or a contact message. We do not sell your information to lead brokers.

What we collect

• Triage answers. Held in your browser only while you use the tool. They reach us only if you submit a technician request, and then only as the service brief you can read in full on screen first.
• Contact details you submit. Name, email, phone, the location of your RV, and any vehicle details you provide.
• Analytics. If a Google Analytics 4 property is configured, we record page views and a small number of events (triage started, technician requested). No analytics property is configured at the time of this update, and analytics never loads in development or preview builds.

Who it is shared with

When you request a technician, your contact details and your service brief are sent to the mobile RV technician assigned to your territory, and to us. That is the purpose of the request. If no technician is assigned to your area — which is currently the case everywhere — it reaches only us.

We use third-party processors to run the site and deliver those messages: Netlify (hosting and form capture), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (if configured). We do not sell, rent, or syndicate your details to lead brokers, aggregators, or advertisers.

Retention and deletion

Requests are retained for as long as needed to make an introduction and to understand whether the service worked. Ask us to delete your information and we will, and we will confirm when it is done. Use the contact form.

Cookies

RV Repair IQ sets no cookies of its own. If Google Analytics is enabled it sets its own cookies to count sessions; none of them identify you to us by name.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
